Meh. It's a fad diet. It promotes boring eating...mexican food all the time? No sushi?

Thank you for sharing these articles, both offer excellent advice and valuable information. As started in the first article losing weight is more of a lifestyle thing. Most of the weight loss programs fail because people concentrate more on the diet than on changing their lifestyle, like eating small meals 4 – 5 times a day, or exercising at least 30 minutes a day, etc.

I read an interesting article about emotional eating in chealth canoe website. The title of the article is “Mind over matter: emotional eatingâ€
