How does this no s diet work for people like me who are sometimes too busy to stop and eat a regular meal? Is for example, pizza allowed if that is considered a meal even though the crust might contain sugar, or is it ok to have Mc Donalds for dinner?

"No sweets" doesn't mean "no sugar." You can eat food that contains some sugar. You just have to avoid foods where the primary source of calories is added sugar. A good rule of thumb is, "if it's sweet enough to be a dessert, it's a sweet." No need to check ingredients, your taste buds will let you know.

You can have McDonalds for dinner. It's not the greatest idea in the world to do regularly, but it doesn't break the literal rules. Just make sure not do get supersizes -- those are seconds rolled into firsts -- or sugar soda drinks.

Hope this helps,
