what about beverages?

Post by Terrylynne » Mon Apr 28, 2008 12:33 am

Ok I get the no snacks, but what about drinks like coffee. I drink probably too much of it and I take cream in it. Is there a limit?

No limit in vanilla no-s. So I wouldn't worry about this unless you've got the basic rules down pat and feel like this is causing a problem.

smoothies ok as meals?

Post by mel1974c » Tue Jul 15, 2008 10:51 pm

Is it ok to have a smoothie made of 1% milk, frozen berries or banana as a meal? I am finding that I am not hungry for dinner lately.

Opinions appreciated!

I'd certainly say so. I sometimes have a smoothie made from about one and a half frozen bananas, a couple of handfuls of frozen berries, and a bit of soy milk to make it liquidy.

Shouldn't be a problem for dinner; It's filling, tasty, and healthy to boot. ;]
