Yes! Though it's not completely obvious.
Here's a sample url (my habitcal)
http://everydaysystems.com/habitcal/view/?t=*&o=2
Change the last number (o=something) to the "user id" of whoever you want to see.
You can find the user id by clicking on the a profile link -- it's the last number (u=something) in the url.
I've been meaning to keyp the habitcal pages off of username rather than id for a while now, but it's a tad tricky.
