more confusion

Hi everyone. I am new. This will be my first week on the plan and my first time using a message board. It seems overwhelming. I will try my best. Maybe someone out there has some suggestions for an ancicipated problem. As an observant Jew the Passover Holiday will present a big challenge. Lots of S days. Hope I hear from someone. And hope I can find out how to find the response. That's it for now. Have a great day.

Hi Brenda! Good luck with NoS and using the boards.
It's really easy.
You will see that if there is a new response to a thread it will get an orange marker on the left of it, and will be bumped up to the top of the list of the different threads in that section.

Have you started a personal check in thread?
You can track your progress there, and ask anything you need to.
Someone will write back.
This group is very helpful!

Enjoy Passover.
Just enjoy those days as you would any holiday, but don't overdo it.
The main thing is staying on habit the rest of the days of the year.
That's one of the nicest things about NoS.. Enjoying the holidays, as they should be enjoyed!

In general, the "NoS general discussion" is a good place to ask questions.

Hi Brenda,

I'm new as well (just signed up yesterday). Still navigating the site and learning how it works. I'm also trying to figure out the message boards -- I'm not used to it. We'll figure it out.
