I've changed my signature twice, but I can't for the life of me remember how I did it. anyone help me out, please? I've tried going to my own profile, but I see nothing there for that.
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
Age 71
BMI Jan/10-30.8
1/12-26.8 3/13-24.9 +/- 8-lb. 3 yrs
9/17 22.8 (flux) 3/18 22.2
2 yrs flux 6/20 22
12/20/24 24.1

There is no S better than (mod) Vanilla No S

If you go to your Profile, and then scroll all the way nearly to the bottom, you should see your signature box.

Back Again: January 13, 2012 -- 242.2 lbs
