What's up with the bulletin board clock?

I just noticed today, there's a nice little message which tells me what time it is now, and what time it was last time I visited the site - only it's wrong, weirdly wrong. It is 1 hour and 33 minutes off! Why?
Now 9:42 here but the Everyday Systems index page states it's 8:09am. It's the same day and date, thank goodness, but why this odd difference from my local time? (British Summer Time)
