I finished up my round of HCG at 171 but bumped up to 177.8 last week after a few days at the beach and eating kinda off-plan for the maintenance phase of HCG. I made the decision to ditch the HCG plan and jump right into No S.
I finished up my round of HCG at 171 but bumped up to 177.8 last week after a few days at the beach and eating kinda off-plan for the maintenance phase of HCG. I made the decision to ditch the HCG plan and jump right into No S.I started No S on Saturday and had my two S days on Sat and Sun. I ate WAY more than I felt comfortable for trying to maintain my weight but just figured I would make up for it during the week. I had perfect days on Mon and Tues and I even ate carbs that I haven't eaten in well over a year (rice and beans, low-carb pasta and an english muffin). I decided I needed to have a baseline weight this morning so I reluctantly stepped on the scale--fully expecting to be 180 lbs. I was 173.2! And that was with my two No S days being part of my four days on No S!
I feel so happy and FREE and hopeful for the first time in my life that my weight struggles might be set free with something as simple as the No S plan
I don't plan on weighing every day but probably once a week just to see where I am. If I'm feeling good and healthy, I may even wait to weigh until a month in. Stay tuned....
