Failure

Right after being congratulated too! Curses!
Breakfast: almondbutter and ricotta sandwich
Lunch: almonds, raisins, bread, grapefruit. A nutritionist I know complemented me on my lunch selection of grapefruit and almonds.
Dinner: here is where I messed up. I split a steak dinner at a restaurant which meant I got half of a steak, grilled onions and mushrooms, some fries, some salad (with blue cheese dressing), and a slice of orange. I was still kindof hungry, and looking wistfully at the remaining meat on my companion's plate, so they cut off a chunk for me (seconds! horrors!) which I ate (mmm..... meat!).
I didn't feel too bad about it at the time but on Monday I was feeling kindof down about it and consequnently wanted some snacks and sweets (readily available in the workroom!). BUT! I avoided falling into that trap by remembering the strength No-S had given me to resist the same things the previous week, and the good feelings I got from resisting them. I knew I could make it until the next weekend!

Success!
Breakfast: A piece of bread and half a tangelo.
Lunch: Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatos, green beans with almonds, salad composed of spinach and mandrin orange slices.
Dinner: Cheeseburger meal at Carter Burger (Cheeseburger with pickle, lettuce, tomato, mustard, fries, ketchup, rootbeer)
Snacks: Peanut M&Ms

Success
Breakfast: Skinner's Raisin Bran with added almonds, and a tangelo.
Lunch: One slice of pepperoni pizza, one slice of cheese pizza, one of those peppers Papa John's puts in with their pizzas.
Dinner: Vegetable lasagna, pinto beans, tangelo, 1/4 glass of chocolate milk.
That was a lot of junk food in a short space of time, but last weekend was very stressful on several levels so hopefully that won't happen too often.

Breakfast: Tomato-egg-beef breakfast taco and salsa with chips. (mmm! Salsa!)
Lunch: The other Tomato-egg-beef breakfast taco (really the other half of a huge breakfast taco that I always split up)
Dinner: Vegtable lasagna, pinto beans, chocolate milk
