Yesterday was another success! Not a single snack or second and I'm not counting the few sips of DP with homemade pizza last night. Of which I got full after only *two* VERY small pieces, arrgh!! LOL.
I don't know, but I think I'm finding it far easier to stick to this time around-how about you? Ok, its only been three days, but really, the first time I did this the first few days were the hardest. Of course there's always Friday which was REALLY hard for me last time too-especially the evening, and even more so now that DH is off on Fridays as well as Sat/Sun. So...we shall see if I have to eat my words, so to speak

I am making cinnamon swirl bread-trying a new recipe, from the King Arthur Flour Baking Companion. I was supposed to form and bake it last night but I forgot all about it, so I did it this am-hope it still rises! Within a reasonable amount of time, that is
