NO!!!It's just disappointing not to be 100% strong all the time and to fail ... temporarely at least ! I'm supposed to be perfect @ all times, right ??
I like your definitions. And interestingly...bluebunny27 wrote:BLUBBER

You think?! I hope it is the last tough month for you and I wish you well but I think you will find you'll have more than a few tough months ahead yet. It's the last few kilos (or pounds) that are the hardest to remove. I dropped 8 kilos in a few months easily and I've been sitting at my current weight and body fat for almost 2 years now. Admittedly I'm reasonably lean but trying to remove the final 2 or 3 kilos and show my 6 pack is MUCH MUCH MUCH harder than anything I've lost so far.bluebunny27 wrote:I will be glad when this month is over because it'll be my last 'tough' month, really ... I am almost reaching my final objective now and in the next 3 months I will only have to lose 3-4 pounds per month on average.
That will be easier than the 6-7-8 pounds pace I was keeping in april-may-june-july ...

And you just know you wouldn't feel close to full eating just those. It's scary how many empty calories we can all pack away and still feel quite literally empty.bluebunny27 wrote:Then I look at the side of the box, the nutrition label and it was like a horror show .... there were about 1,000 calories in a single one of those pastries (The recommended serving was 1/3 of one cake and that was still more than 340 calories !) My friend ate a single cake all by herself, lol ! So basically you eat 2 of those pastries and you can't eat anything else all day long (!)
