Shannon's July Check-In
I'll use this thread to track my vanilla No S habit and exercise for the month of July.
DH will be on vaca for a week++ and we'll be taking some daytrips and eating out more than usual then. My goal is to keep my daily step average at 12,000 or above and to stick to vanilla No S when we're not on staycation. When we
are on staycation I'm going to allow myself the option of one S event per day, if something worthwhile comes up, and commit to keeping my exercise routine up.

Over 16,000 steps, including 45 minutes skiwalking. Planned S Event at 4th of July celebration = chocolate custard cone

4 S/July 4--

Over 12,000 steps, including 45 minutes skiwalking. S Event= "Like It" sized blueberry creation ice cream from Coldstone

Over 15,000 steps, including 45 minutes skiwalking & mowing front lawn. S Event= kiddie sized popcorn at Toy Story 3

Over 18,000 steps, including 50 minutes skiwalking & time at park w/ family

Over 14,000 steps, including 45 minutes skiwalking & walking around Frankenmuth w/ family. S Event= a chocolate covered Twizzler & (shared w/ family) part of a slice of Coca Cola cake w/ vanilla ice cream

Over 17,000 steps, including 1 hour skiwalking

Over 20,000 steps (woohoo!) S Events= a chocolate custard cone at Greenfield Village and a bag of pretzel M&Ms at movie

Over 14,000 steps registered on pedometer, including 45 minutes skiwalking. (Didn't wear pedometer during 2.5 hours spent at waterpark this afternoon, though.

) S Event= A few nibbles (bite of homemade doughnut, 3 bites of brownie and a small piece of chocolate)

Negligible exercise. I'm fighting something so I felt that the kindest choice was to rest.
