An apple is a good thing!!!
You didn't have an apple turnover, so it's no biggie!
I agree that you will do even better if you do a small amount of planning and structuring your meals, as that always lowers the risk of
"opportunistic"*(RCP..) eating!

Day 2: SUCCESS

Day 3: SUCCESS
and No funny stuff

Through all my eating failures I did continue my running and broke the one mile barrier on Tuesday night. :D Maybe my run tonight will be as good.
