Congratulations on your continued run of SUCCESSes!
Sorry about the mail interruption. I've heard from a bunch of people now that beautiful_idiot@yahoo.com has been listed as spam. I'll have to think about how to handle this... (I promise I haven't been spamming!)

Hi M...
Sorry about your dental problems..
I thought I'd ponder back at you on this...
Richard, as a very young kid, pre NoS ate quite a lot of the sticky sweets like "Fruit rollups"... Obviously this is cornsyrup with fruit flavoring in disguise.. but also he didn't brush well enough as he was just a toddler.
Well this year and for a few years now, he has had no cavities at all, and he still has plenty of sugar in his life, just not the really sticky stuff, like jelly beans or taffy... The dentist recommended sticking with chocolate etc.. things which clean off the teeth, and dissolve much better..
I think if a nine year old who is doing NoS with two or three treats a week, can get away with a totally cavity free two years, then you might want to consider that as you ponder your total elimination of sugar..
Perhaps get new toothbrushes more frequently and just try to brush more often...
Hope all works out okay..
Sorry again.. This stuff can be such a traumatic experience, especially if it's painful ..
Take it easy and don't go to extremes with your diet..
Just don't skip brushing!
Peace and Love,
Deb

ps.. I don't really know if this is real, but I read some articles in Natural health magazines, that tooth pain, somehow can be helped by eating cherries...
Maybe you can buy some organic cherry juice and see if that helps...
There's some kind of anti-inflammatory chemical in cherries...
Good luck!

Me too! But not with the extra food.. I'm cutting down these next few weeks...
Try getting foods with lots of vitamin B and also potassium and calcium and magnesium.. Those are essential for muscle function and nervous function...
Good luck M!
Peace and Love,
Deb

M wrote a whole sentence post!!! LOL..
Well M, may I suggest that you
1. Post on my new club thread in the general discussion, and turn that frustration into pride..
and,
2. The best way to beat a plateau is up the exercise...
Good luck and continued SUCCESSES!!!
