The only way to fail is to quit, I suppose... I'm not at that point, but I am so weary of always having to think about food. Despite that, I am trying again - onward and upward (even when upward seems downward), is the only outlook worth having, for me.

Weekly Notes: 3 Failures this week... will look to improve next week. Wellness/Activity level was good.
Feeling revivified for next week - I'm making this my 'main thing' for a while and really want to stick to 3 meals.
