Breakfast: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: 2 soft white rolls with hummus and ham
Dinner: homemade chicken and bacon pasta bake with greek salad

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs on 2 slices oatmeal toast
Lunch: leftover pasta and greek salad from yesterday's dinner
Dinner: butter chicken with rice ready meal plus a turkey escalope

Haha! He's peeping! I probably had food. His ears are sometimes up sometimes down and sometimes one of each! He's half collie, quarter lab and quarter rottie so goodness knows what they'll do eventually (he's only 5 months old).

Erm - I appear to have lost 6lbs in 3 days! Not sure how that works (water weight?) but I'm utterly delighted!
Breakfast: ham, cheese and vegetable omelette
Lunch: bowl of strawberries
Dinner: McD's BCO meal

An unbelievable 7lbs down since Tuesday! However, I think I'll stop the regular weighing in because obviously I cannot maintain this rapid loss and don't want to dishearten myself when the scales slow down (which is probably from now on). I think this massively illustrates how my weight gain is down to snacking between meals (which I knew, of course). I am naturally a thin person, who developed a ridiculous snacking habit over many years. I can feel the slim me beginning to emerge again and it feels GREAT!
Breakfast: portion 'breakfast biscuits'
Lunch: Leftover roast chicken, green salad, packet quavers
Dinner: 2 pieces garlic bread, moussaka, little roast potatoes, millioniare's shortbread cheesecake

Breakfast: pbj on 2 slices toast
Lunch: pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chicken wings, salad (we hit the hut)
Dinner: Steak pie, carrots, peas, mashed potato, gravy then cherry crumble and custard (small portions of everything - has my stomach shrunk, I wonder?!)

I have decided to weigh in once a week now after my initial mega weight loss (Saturday morning seems ideal and hopefully will give the most encouraging numbers!).
Breakfast: 2 weetabix, semi-skimmed milk and milled linseeds
Lunch: cheese, beetroot and salad cream sandwich
Dinner: salmon fillet, sauteed garlic mushrooms, green beans, guacamole

Have decided to experiment with intermittent fasting, basically eating all my calories in one (large) main meal. So, today's check-in is just:
Dinner: bbq chicken and pork, salad and rice

Yesterday's IF experiment went really well, but woke up really hungry today so think in the longer term this won't work (!) so today:
Breakfast: bowl muesli
Lunch: ham and gherkin sandwich and packet crisps
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese

Well, been a bit rubbish about checking in but all's going well. Had a NWS day on Friday for a special occasion. Here's today's checking in anyway:
Breakfast: Fruit
Lunch: Fruit
Dinner: Gnocchi with ham, mushroom and cheese sauce plus piece crusty bread and butter
