newbie day 1

Well its my first day (non say it's sat). Had porridge banana and water for breakfast, houmous, bread, apple and yoghurt for lunch with a cup of tea (milk and sugar) and sausage, veg, mash and gravy for tea with cup coffee (milk and sugar).other than that it's only been water and planning a s day treat later. Does that sound ok? I'm new to this so any help really appreciated :)
