Yes!! Do try again :wink: it takes a really long time to change habits but the only way to succeed is to keep at it. I've been trying to get 21 straight days of successes for a year and havn't been able to do it yet but I still see lots of good improvement in my overall approach to eating and I've lost about 15 pound as well. You don't have to be perfect but you do need to keep trying and stay honest with yourself.

Congrats!! You're doing great. It isn't easy saying "no" when others are snacking. Sometimes I don't say "no", I say "I'll have a cup of tea" when they ask if I want anything. I think it it makes them feel more like we are sharing something even though it us two different somethings.
