L (Chic Fil A): Chicken nuggets w sauce, waffle fries, sugar free lemonade
D: Pizza, Caesar salad, Coke Zero
Dessert: Ice cream sundae

Glad you some good news after a long medical ordeal. Hope NoS continues to go well for you. You seem to stick to the program seemingly effortlessly!
