Day 1: Halloween! S Day

Wt: 121.2
Breakfast: Waffle + siggi's yogurt/PB2, coffee with creamer
Lunch: Lean cuisine pizza
Dinner: roast beef sandwich, chips and quinoa
S day treats: 6 pieces fun size candy, few candy corns and 4 gumdrops

Hi Moderate,
How did Halloween go for you? My daughter slept over at a friend's so I haven't had my reeses cup yet. :? Something to look forward to today. . Luckily, we live off the road a ways so no one ever comes to our house for trick-or-treat. That means we never need candy in the house other than what she brings home. That makes me happy for both me and the kids.

Thanks gingerpie! Yesterday went okay. I had probably about 6 fun size pieces of candy. More than I would have liked but not a binge so I'm happy about that!! Today will be the real test because there is so much candy in the house ;)
