Since my username is worth it, I'm here to tell you that No S IS worth it! Your thread describes a consistent pattern with other No S'ers just starting off. The trick here is to realize this is just one small setback of many, and trust yourself that you will do better next time around. This is all about habit-building and a little about habit breaking (i.e. snacking, overeating, sweets, etc.). Over time, you will find your rhythm.

Worth it
I'm only two weeks in right now, but I started off with two failures in a row! And they were big failures too. It wasn't cookies for me but rather a whole box of crackers after I decided to just have a few as a snack!
I would say that, so far, what I like about this diet is that it isn't just worth it when I do well. It's worth it even with the bad days. Bad days make me look forward to N days. Every good N day that I have gives me more evidence that I can be in control of my eating, and that's fantastic.
