Breakfast: yogurt with granola
Lunch: skipped and had a mocha from Starbucks
Dinner: 2 Chicken strips, 2 spanikopita and vita top
Post dinner: glass of champagne
Morning wt: 123.6
Today was a decent day. My weight has crept up a bit so I like to do a few days of daily check ins until I stop the upward trend!
