Hi I'm just starting today after years of success then failure on slimming world I decided i needed to change something.

Halfway through the day and so far its a success - I've not had my usual 10am snack or after lunch yoghurt, crisps and chocolate :oops:

Feeling quite positive that I can do this!

First day a success! Breakfast porridge and banana, lunch salad with cold meats and lentils, dinner beef ragu with pasta and broccoli

Hope today is as good.
