I trust you've been enjoying yourself more than you might have on a diet that might have had you lose faster, and you're lighter to boot! I started near where you were, but had not been at your goal BMI since I was in the 8th grade, and will probably not get there again, but life is definitely better! I also lost only 10 lbs. in a couple of months, I think, and then stalled for quite awhile, so your rate is better than mine was.

Just keep going!

Ella, I also appreciate that you list your weight as BMI. I know some people don't like it, but I think it is appropriate for most, not as a health measure or a beauty measure but just as a bit better picture of what is happening Losing 10 lbs. can mean so much difference depending on the body. Even losing tenths of a BMI point can be, too. But overall, I think it's more instructive. And the lower the BMI, the more significant any drops are, IMHO. It's a LOT easier to go from BMI 40 to 39 than it is to go from 25 to 24 for most people.
