I am starting NO S Monday April 30th. I have lived in Oregon most of my life until 2.5 years ago. My husband & I moved to Kansas & my eating habits have not been great. Trying to adjust to my way different life & resorted to bad eating habits. Hoping this No S will get me back on the right track!
