SUCCESS :? This is hard! I am on my second day of the diet. Yesterday went pretty well, but I was really struggling yesterday evening. I'm excited to start something that will help me get healthier. My BMI just creaked over the healthy limit. I'm in grad school and working. I don't have time to lack the energy I feel I am lacking because of these extra pounds. I'm ready to do something about it. :)

It will get easier and I think eventually you will learn to like feeling lighter and less full. Try it for the 21 days and I think habit will start to set in. Welcome.
