I'm back to regain structure and self control. I've been reading the slow down diet. I think it will work for me if I combine it with the no s diet. So I'm back to try no s again. I always wanted no s to work for me, but I think eating fast is one reason it didn't.

Today is a new start. I wandered again after my last post. I don't want to stray again. So, I'm going to focus on being a noesser and my s days will probably be more like s (special) occasions. I just don't want frequent s days. I want n days to become normal for me. Here goes.

I am outside urban rangering. Doing pretty well so far. It feels good to get back to no s rhythms.

It's still hard to eat slow. But think It'll happen as I get further into my no s journey.
