Dear Community
I tried No-S back in 2004 and had great success with it. However, over the years I've let the good habits slip away and I find myself about 30kg overweight. I started back on No-S about a week ago. Straight No-S, no modifications. If it's not broke, don't fix it.
The "no snacking" is really hard! I feel so hungry when my meal-time comes around. I may be over-eating a little at meal times to compensate.
So far, so good.

Re: Brian's check-in
Welcome back, hope the good habits stick.
Three meals a day - not too little not too much, but just right
Re: Brian's check-in
Welcome back. Your body will soon adapt and the hunger in between meals will be less of a problem. Then you can address the amount you eat at each meal.

Eating a little more at meals is a decent training wheels adjustment. Welcome back!
