Returned to this thing after reading the book a handful of years ago...it seemed too hard back then so I put it on the back shelf and decided to switch to whatever crazy diet I had found. Anyways this time around it's so far so good. I'm down 4ish pounds in the week I've been putting in the effort. I do have quite a bit to lose but this time around...I don't know I feel strangely ok to sit with my hunger rather then running to the fridge at the first sign of it.
