Dy one. SUCCESS. S day but ate No S anyway. Not really trying, just worked out that way. 2 beers. 4 minutes Shovelglove [I think it's going to take me a while to work up to 14 minutes]

#2 SUCCESS and I did 14 minutes of SOMETHING this morning, started with shovelgloving and when I coudln't do that any move just jiggled and marched in place and did stuff til the 14 minutes ended.

tee hee hee... Carne Asada tacos & In N Out! woo hoo! Yeah - I get to have that like twice per month on the weekend but that's it. But it's enough to enjoy it thoroughly!

Well crap ....
Back to day zero. I crashed through the glass ceiling Tuesday night, sated my munchies with chips and dip, and have been generally noncompliant since. NO exercise.
Tomorrow morning is brand new. But back to Day #1.

A few chips wont kill ya - just STAY AWAY from the dip at all costs!!
