atc55 daily checkin day7

I did fine until the evening. I ate 3 hot dogs in the living room then went to the kitchen and had 6 or 7 crackers with peanut butter an jelly. My exercise has been spotty at best,but I figured not to be too hard on myself while trying to control my eating. What do you guys think?

Well, not the best, but keep at it. Keep at it and eventually you'll succeed. Keep succeeding and you'll build habit that makes further success easy. It's hard at first, no question.
