Holiday Check in for Newbies et al

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping this extra check in could be a good way to help each other work on our no-s habit building during this Special time of year.

I'm facing a crazy holiday season, tons of treat-full Sish days at the in-laws plus vacation right after. Here's my plan: I'm taking as S days: Sinterklaas (Dec. 5), the first day of Channukah (Dec. 15), and December 24-26 (The Dutch celebrate three days of Christmas and each one comes with a 5 course dinner.)

I don't really know how to approach vacation. We're going cross country skiing in Lapland and I can imagine a lot of snacking through the day. Maybe a one S a day plan?? I hate the idea of a week off-habit right now, when the habit is so unhabitual.
