weight loss

Hi i'm new to this and I was just wondering about weight loss. Has someone lost any amount of weight on this diet? actually I don't really think of this plan as a diet , it's really comman sense which is why I really think I have found a way of life. I can live with this way for the rest of my life. I started the 3 day diet plan again but i keep going back to my old ways because eventually i started to hate this diet. When I read ''DIETS DON'T WORK YOU DO'' I was hit with a light bulb moment, as oprah would say, I really haven't had one of those for a very long time.I'm going to start this way of life tuesday after chirstmas, lets face it there's no way I could start right now! plus I'm due to start any day now so i'm hit with a double wammy!

Diets are a lot of trouble, and then when you go off them, you gain back any weight you lost. With No-S, you just eat your three meals and get on with the rest of your life. "S" also stands for "Simple".
