I'm doing really well today :!: I do crave sugar :( but do i ever fell good today, im not running to the bathroom, im not gassy, and i dont have cramps :D and i have had real meals today :!:

Good job! And welcome!

Couple weeks ago, I wrote a post very similar to yours. I am especially pleased to NOT be gassy, bloaty and running to the loo several times a day. That can get tedious honestely!

The sugar cravings get better. Try to eat something fibery at each meal- I find veggies are better at keeping me fuller than grains are.
