My first week

I found out about this diet last Friday and immediately thought that it was the answer to my many years of prayer for help with my weight. I went on my first diet 25 years ago to lose about 15 lbs and since dieting entered my life I know have almost 10 times that weight to lose now.

I have followed this plan now for 6 days and so far I have been very happy with it. Now that I have found this site I will be sure to check in daily.

I have struggled with hunger in the late afternoon and the evening, but haven't given into the temptation to eat yet. :D

Looking forward to learning more

We're all behind you Charis! Doesn't matter how much weight you have to lose. Work on habit. Check in daily and let everyone know how you're doing! Enjoy your S weekend!
