Nita's day four check-in

So far so good. I am a little anxious and get an urge to weigh myself but haven't so far. I'm just going to keep following the eating schedule for three weeks and see what happens! I have been a little bit hungry at times (late afternoon) and late evening (like now). End of day four!

good morning, good for you hun, keep it up, I did loose the urge and got on the scales this morning, I"m always a daily weigher.. for me it helps keep track of my ups and downs. this is more about healthy living and good habits, and breaking bad habits, so maybe that daily weigh in should be a bad habit I don't need.. anyhow, keep up the great work, and know were all here for you..
