Ready2Win's Habit Tracker

My first No S Week (last week) was a breeze; haven't been able to get back on track following my S Days.
I lurked on the boards last week, but decided to have a "coming out" party today; maybe by putting myself "out here" I'll feel accountable to something more than just my whims. Yep, I've got 32 pounds to lose (will put me at a bmi of 23--nothing dramatic for sure), yet I've been unable to budge this pudge thanks to a unrelenting sweet tooth, and inability to stick to reasonable portions (I call it "eating for one") I'm an avid exerciser (walking 4 - 5 miles a day, playing with kids, dog, etc, strength training). But as my user name says, I'm READY2WIN the battle over the bad habits that keep me stuck in this same ol' place.
My goal: 21 MEALS with no sweets, no seconds, no sneaking additional portions while plating my meal, and no snacks in between.
Breakfast went well; one down, 20 meals to go!!
