That old time feeling

Almost another day under my belt. Today is Wednesday and I have had a good day so far, and its getting close to bed time so I think I will make it. Had a good breakfast and got involved in cleaning up the house. My friend stopped by for a visit, Then I realized that I had not had lunch, by the time she left it was to close to dinner for me to eat. We were having left over spaggetti, a favorite of mine, and I filled my plate full. Probably over ate because of the missed lunch. How ever I did go to the gym and walked for an hour. I did get an urge for something sweet but thought, hmmmmm Wednesday is almost over and I only have two days till a legal "S" day...
