I started Monday, April 21st. I need to lose 55 pounds and I'm trying to wait until next Monday to weigh again. So far No-S has been easy and I haven't been craving sweets....I used to own a bakery and I love to cook (and eat sweets). Don't know how I will handle the S days as of yet, but I am looking forward to them!
