				Well completed day one.  What a supprise.  I had errands to run and lunch was a chili dog w/fries and a diet coke.  I really enjoyed it.  I am planning meals for the week, things I haven't had in years.  Mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese.  I grew up on these foods.  I cant believe this will work, but I going to give it a 100% try.

				Day 2 success - I plan on working on one habit at a time.  for now it is no s and after I get this so it is second nature, I will work harder on going to the gym.

				I missed yesterday. We went out Square Dancing.  Both day - Success - Today was Golf day.  I ate a little extra for breakfast knowing I was going to have a late lunch.  I tried something for dinner that was mentioned in the book.  That was to put my salad on the place.  It work just fine.  So far I have been managing the evenings with little difficulty.
