Today was a S-Day and so I had a breakfast burrito for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a chicken sandwich for dinner. I treated myself with a Dairy Queen Brownie Earthquake!
Tomorrow is Monday and it's back the grind!! I'm ready!

Today was a successful day!
B - 1 bowl of Fiber One with skim milk
L - Lean Cuisine Sweet and Sour Chicken
D - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti with 1 piece of garlic toast
Exercise - walking 50 minutes at lunch time

Success!!
B - Special K with red berries and skim milk, nature valley bar
L - Lean Cuisine Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce, Cheese Stick
D - Large Salad with Ranch Dressing, Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes, 1 piece of Garlic Toast
Exercise - 45 minutes of walking around school building after lunch

Wednesday
Today was good...but not the best. I broke down late at night and had a sugar free vanilla caramel pudding.
B - Special K with Milk, Nature Valley Bar
L - Large Salad with dressing
D - Lean Cuisine, one piece of garlic toast
S - Pudding
Oh well...on to the next day!Failure

Success!!
This was a wonderful day! I stuck right to the plan and made it! I'm not feeling the greatest...think I might be coming down with a cold.
B - Fiber One, Banana, Milk, Nature Valley Bar
L - 2 hotdogs with chili and coleslaw, lite chips
D - Lean Cuisine

Friday
I'm extremely sick today...called in sick to work. Haven't eaten anything yet and it's 4:30 p.m. I've got either some kind of nasty head cold or the flu...my body hurts really bad...BUT..I also have Fibromyalgia and Crohns Disease...so it could be that acting up. I guess today's an S day since I'm Sick.

D - Burger King Chicken Sandwich and Fries
I was out with some friends all day today and unable to eat as healthy as I really wanted. But, I did eat 3 meals.

so/so day. Had to fast this morning for a blood test and it got me really hungry the rest of the day, but I didn't mess up. Just had some really big meals today.

Much easier day today since I'm back at school and have a set schedule with loads to do. I never think about food until it's lunch time here.
