Well let's hope this helps. I'm a little discouraged as my pants are NOT getting any looser and that's with going to the gym and doing my 30 minutes a day for almost two months now--and NoSing. I will not quit, but--it's taking a long time to get a result--I know I'm just like everyone else -- addicted to instant gratification... Maybe this little Daily Check-In will be one more thing to keep me on track.
