Today was a partial success.
I did fine until mid-afternoon when I made the kids brownies for snack. I was so darned hungry and craving sugar and exhausted, so I had some, too. Looking back, I think the mistake wasn't actually making the brownies. I think it was a) not getting something sweetish in at lunchtime, like a piece of fruit b) not drinking some milk or tea or something mid-afternoon to keep me from totally crashing and c) forgetting to drink all the extra fluid I was supposed to after giving blood yesterday. Dehydration is exhausting in and of itself, without piling dieting on top of it...
I jumped right back on the wagon again, though...

Today's weight: 212 ~ BMI: 33.2 ~ Waist: 44"
Ideal weight: 150, but I'll take 180 for now because my short-term goal is simply to shed a bit of weight before having another baby or two.
