The Phatsister and Day 2

Day 2 was a little harder. I caved to some Cheezits. But I did walk a whole mile today which doesn't happen often. Everything else went pretty well. I am positive in my future.

You're doing great! I absolutely believe you are in the middle of the hardest this gets. Hang in there for the first few weeks and you'll see this getting easier....
