:I am still on this great "diet" and so far have lost 10 pounds. I started in April and I think it is probably the easiest thing I have ever done. You don't have to worry about packing snacks if you are going to be out for the day or worry about what or how much you are eating (platefulls are enough of a measure) or how many calories are in it, but I have finally figured it out I think. I eat very healthily and I walk 1-2 miles a day, every day and I never could understand why the weight was slowly creeping up on me as I aged. I finally figured out it was the "healthy" snacks that I had twice a day and the handful of nuts and low calorie desserts every night that were doing me in. It is very simple but healthy or not it is a calorie. So, now I put a couple of apple slices next to my sandwich or pears in my green salad or bananas in my cereal and I even bake artisan whole grain bread and have it with breakfast. I do use Splenda and drink diet drinks but I feel great and look better than I have in years. The weight did not come off quickly but I kept No S ing and all of a sudden my clothes fit better, I sleep better and am amazed at the ease of it all.

Annapolis Princess,
I find that to be true, by "measuring" my plates I don't have to ... or WANT to measure anything else
Congratulations on your great RESULTS!
