Diving In Weekly report

I joined back in May but really haven't been serious. Now I'm ready to start and want to be somewhat accountable, if only to myself. My plan is to post once a week on Thursdays with weight (and only weigh once a week) and days on habit.

so, here I go:

Good luck--if you've been "lurking around" you probably have a lot of this figured out--besides it's so simple to do!

Simple question:

Besides the obvious holidays, why do you consistently have three yellow days?

Maybe trying a full-five green week might give you a boost in the lower direction?

One issue that I can't seem to alter is evenings with friends where a special dessert is served, obviously I'm the fatty in the group, and since I don't want to draw attention to the diet, I just eat it.
