Day 1 - SUCCESS!

B - 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and parmesan cheese, coffee with 2% milk and sugar

L - Tuna salad sandwich on pumpernickel/rye bread

D - Crab sushi roll, side salad

Exercise - cardio - 60 minutes

Day 2 - FAILURE!

Not a major one, but a failure nonetheless. I'm not sweating it though, I've been away a long time, so it's going to take some time to get these habits back. Tomorrow's a new day!

Day 1 - SUCCESS!

B - Oatmeal made with 2% milk and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, latte with skim milk and sugar

L - Salad with loads of veggies, grilled chicken, bleu cheese, beans, and a dollop of caesar dressing, another latte

D - Tilapia sauteed in olive oil, brown rice, mixed veggies

Day 1 - SUCCESS!

B - Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal with 1% milk, banana, coffee with 1% milk and sugar

L - Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, Macintosh apple, glass of 1% milk, evening latte made with skim milk and sugar

D - Filet mignon, sour cream and cheddar mashed potatoes, caesar salad

Exercise - Treadmill intervals (35 minutes)

Day 2 - SUCCESS!

B - Oatmeal made with 1% milk and topped with slivered almonds and dried cranberries, coffee with 1% milk and sugar

L - Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, sprouts, cheddar cheese, and hummus on a honey 9-grain bagel, pear, skim milk

D - Filet mignon, sour cream and cheddar mashed potatoes, caesar salad

Day 3 - SUCCESS!

B - Slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, banana, coffee with 1% milk and sugar

L - Sausage, peppers, and onions on a roll, pasta and vegetable salad, evening latte made with skim milk and sugar

D - Orange roughy sauteed in olive oil, sour cream and cheddar mashed potatoes, steamed zuccini

Day 4 - SUCCESS!

B - Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast with butter, orange juice, coffee with 1% milk and sugar

L - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread, banana, glass of 1% milk

D - Cheeseburger on sesame bun, barbecue potato chips

Exercise - Treadmill intervals (45 minutes)

L - Tuna sandwich on whole wheat toast, bowl of soup, evening latte made with skim milk and sugar

D - Whole wheat linguini with tomato basil sauce, caesar salad

Day 9 - SUCCESS!

B - Oatmeal made with 1% milk, almond slivers, and dried cranberries, coffee with 1% milk and sugar

L - Hummus, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, red onion, and sprounts on a honey 9-grain bagel, pear, skim milk

D - Grilled filet mignon, baked sweet potato fries, caesar salad

Day 10 - FAILURE!

Aw man, I caved and had some sweets after lunch. I passed them up originally, but after I finished my salad and bread, I had a major sweet craving. The cravings are definitely worse now that finals exam are well on their way. Oh well, what's done is done...time to suck it up, move on, and start fresh tomorrow!

L - Salad made of veggies, turkey, feta, and balsamic vinegarette

D - Leftovers: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, and corn

Exercise - Cardio - 60 minutes

D - Pan-seared salmon, steamed green beans tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegarette

Exercise - Pilates (20 minutes)
