Molly's daily checkin

Well today was my first day on the No S diet. It's been pretty simple because I have been dorking around with a variety of failure guaranteed diets, such as the Zone and Paleo so I was stoked to not be measuring anything or eating like a rabbit. Those diets help me realize I don't have to eat simple carbs at every meal, but I did not like feeling like I was restricting myself from foods I really enjoy. I have not had dinner yet, and I think I will try to eat earlier in the future, but it is hard since my partner does not get home until 8:30 and we really like to eat meals together. hmmm I will consider that in the future depending on whether I turn into a giant grump waiting for dinner.

Starting weight 143
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, grapefruit, coffee (not enough)
Lunch: BLA w/ chips (maybe a salad instead of chips in the future, but this was not an option at the lunch place)
Dinner: Morracan beans, and orange glazed tempeh, glass of white wine.
