Everyday Systems

It's back to reality after a topsy-turvy couple of S-Days! Unfortunately I began rolling them in with an evening at a Japanese Restaurant where it was impossible to "Plate." Not only would it have insulted the chef, it couldn't be done without being handcuffed because the aroma grabbed every taste bud I owned. The taste buds stayed active all day Saturday but by yesterday, the system was sated and food with the exception of a large chocolate covered cookie I'd made for a bake sale, had lost a lot of its appeal. (The cookie is history). I'm back to plating today and with a happy heart I'm glad to say.
