8) Did pretty well on first day. Still using up some old shake and protein bar stuff, but ate lots of veggies as well with my "meals" and didn't have any snacks, sugar, or seconds! I didn't get my exercise in as it was a pretty busy day, but plan to tonight.

Week one

So this isn't quite as easy as I thought it would be, but it's definitely not hard and it is so liberating to not have to eat disgusting diet stuff. I am looking forward to a piece of gourmet pizza and salad for dinner tonight!
